Monday 8:00am-4:00pm
Tuesday 8:00am-4:00pm
Wednesday 8:00am-4:00pm *
Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm *
Friday 8:00am-4:00pm *
(Closed for lunch from 12-1pm)


* Nursing Hours:  Nurse is typically in the office on these days. Vaccines and testing available by appointment only.


Holiday Schedule: Our office will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving (closed Thurs and Fri), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve. Also closed on Election Days.
